Hello, I’m looking for a roommate / looking to rent / looking for someone to find a place with between December and January. I’m petty tidy, keep to myself and I’m generally not home too often. I work a fulltime job and a parttime job both about 45 minutes outside the city so I'm typically out of the house 6am - 6pm most days. I have a 4 year old service dog who comes with me pretty much everywhere including work. She's a german shepherd collie mix, pretty small, super friendly and is a great buddy to have around. She loves people, but is not a fan of the mail man. I’m queer, and ideally looking for someone the same or at the very least LGBTQ+ friendly. I spend my free time making art, reading, hiking or at the dog park.

Seeking a roommate to fill a room in a lovely 2 bed/1.5 bath rowhome in Port Richmond (three floors including unfinished basement). Lease ends 04/30/23. My current roommate has encountered financial issues and is needing to vacate her room.
The main floor has a tiled kitchen equipped with modern appliances (refrigerator/freezer, gas range, oven, and dishwasher), living area, half bath, and access to a small, private outdoor area and patio. W/D and a lot of storage in an unfinished basement. Upstairs is a full bath with window and the two bedrooms.
All floors are hardwood with the exception of the basement and kitchen (tile).
Easy access street parking, I-95 access very close, SEPTA routes close as well.
Locally owned shops/cafes/bars aplenty, easy to reach grocery, gym, Target, and other stores.
Utilities we pay are water, electric, gas, and Wi-Fi - they are split evenly, typically $80-100ish each total.
