Looking for a special someone to fill an unfurnished room in our ground floor apartment in the Bushwick/Bedstuy area. I have lived here for 3 years and can confirm that our location is perfectly positioned: accessible to everything but (shockingly) very quiet.

- Roommates: all women in our late 20s, creative types (a graphic
designer, a grad student, and an art researcher/jewelry designer) who
are friendly, communicative, and clean but rarely bring the party home
- Room: Unfurnished, direct access to private backyard
- Transportation: 2-3 minute walk to the M, 5-7 min walk to J, 10 min walk
to the L
- Apartment: furnished (currently adding a bar area), spacious upper and
lower levels, open kitchen floor plan with dishwasher
- Apartment Building: washer/dryer inside, rooftop access (limited), stays
quiet (only three other apartments in the building)
