I am seeking a roommate to move in to my 2 BR 2 Bath apartment on or around September 1. Monthly rent that includes all utilities will be $1075.
I am in the West Valley, between Central Phoenix and Glendale. The location has easy access to I-17.
Unit Amenities:

Who Would Be a Good Fit:
• You will be on the lease with me, so you must be able to pass the complex’s background check and be willing to pay their application fee (I believe it’s $50).
• My lease renews in November and I plan on living here for one more year, so ideally I’d like a roommate who can commit to stay through November 2023.
• I am open to all genders/sexualities.
• Must be a single person. The place just isn’t big enough to comfortably accommodate more than two people.
• Must not hate cats. My kitten is very sweet and affectionate, but he’s also still in his rambunctious phase of life. I can promise to keep him out of your private space, but he lives primarily in the shared living space.
• I am potentially open to someone with a small pet, depending on the likelihood of our animals coexisting peacefully.
• I work from home out of the main room of the apartment, and my job involves a ton of Zoom calls. That said, someone who works outside the home will likely be happiest here, but we can figure it out if you work from home as well.
