I am older, slightly disabled and could use another person here. (hense the reduced rent for a really nice place in a very good neighborhood on a great block) I just moved back to Denver from AZ. I lived here for 30 years before moving. I do not know a lot of people here and I am very much a homebody! Good news it is a nice place!

1911 Bungalow, 3 bed 2 bath. Basement has one bed and bath not furnished but new redo.
1st floor bedroom nicely furnished with all new stuff....smaller bedroom maybe 12x12.
I just moved back to Denver after 10 years away. Great block in a great location. 300 feet to the # 10 bus line. Street parking only. no pets.... I have 2 small well behaved dogs already.
I am retired and a bit older.
