I have two spare bedrooms in my house I am looking to rent. Each room is $725 rent + utilities.
1. One bedroom is available NOW
2. The other bedroom will become available on January 25
You would share the guest bathroom with one other tenant. Both rooms are approximately 10ft 1in x 10ft 6in.
This is a home dedicated to serious students and business professionals.
The house is in a quiet subdivision within a short walk of all major stores, amenities, and public transportation. It is approximately a 15 minute drive to ASU, Sky Harbor Airport, and Intel. The main cross roads are 48th Street and Ray Road.

New front load washer and dryer
A commercial-grade RO drinking water system
COX Gigablast WiFi (high speed fiber)
Utilities (electricity, internet, and water) would be split three ways every month and estimate between $100-125 depending on time of year. Total monthly rent and utilities average $825-850 per month.
Note that while the room is vacant, it may be provided with furnishings (bed, dresser, nightstand) for an additional $50 monthly. Garage parking is available for an extra $50 monthly.
No smoking or vaping.
No cats or dogs.
