Hello! I’m a student and I work full time. I have a fixed schedule and am up early during the week. When I’m not at work I’m usually out in the city or I’m at home watching Netflix or reading. I cook often and I love to bake! I’m always willing to share some treats. I would love to become friends but I do like my alone time. I do like to keep the common areas clean and try to clean up after myself as often as possible. I have a cat named Leo, he is very friendly but spends most of the day sleeping lol. The apartment is a spacious three bedroom, one bathroom located in Washington Heights. It is on the first floor of the building. The room is spacious and can fit a full sized bed and had space for dressers and a desk. Utilities are included in the rent, and we have a washer dryer and dishwasher in unit. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the 1 and A train. We have a park only a block away and there are a few supermarkets around the apartment as well. I have a cat and my roommate has a dog. We are all fully vaccinated and are 420 friendly. June 1st would be the earliest move in date!
