Hi! I’m Maria and I am looking for a roomate to rent out a room in my basement. I work Monday- Friday. On the weekends I usually go out to hang with friends. I have 3 pet ferrets who have their own room upstairs next to my room. I feel like I’m a pretty laid back person. I only ask that the kitchen and shared areas be kept clean and please no smoking cigarettes inside the house. The room in the basement is pretty big and there is a private entrance that goes out to the fenced in yard. There is also a private bathroom in the bedroom and an additional bathroom upstairs that you can use. The basement gets good natural light and has windows so it’s not super dark or dreary.
