Myself and my friend Susan live here and our two other roommates need to depart before the lease is complete. May 2022 is when we anticipate the rooms to be available, though moving in anytime after that is fine. Our lease ends August 31st, but we likely plan to renew another year if we've got a solid roommate. Me and Susan live downstairs/in the basement, so if you rent with us, you can have the entire upstairs (master bedroom with bathroom attached, another bathroom in the hallway, a second smaller bedroom, and an office-type room). You can also make the the living room mostly your space. The pictures have some furniture, but please know no rooms are furnished, we have a couple couches in the living room but can totally move them if you've got furniture. If we had two people sharing upstairs, rent would be 682 each. We have one chill cat, any additional require coordinating with the landlord, and dog would be the same, but we like animals. You would take over the lease from our departing roommates. We're employed, easy-going, and keep to ourselves mostly. Past the partying stage of our lives. Just trying to save some money by living together. It's a sweet spot, big back yard, chill neighbors, the air conditioning is really a huge swamp cooler but it does a good job. We split rent/bills etc. evenly in most cases. Can discuss deposit, as the people breaking the lease won't get anything back from us. I've got a membership, send a message if interested!
