I hope this message finds you well. My name is Soroosh and I'm 31 years old. For the past 5 years, I have lived in Miami Beach. I graduated this May with an Associate Degree in Fashion Design from Miami Fashion Institute and I got accepted to the Fashion Institute of Technology here in New York to complete my 4-year Bachelor's degree. So, I decided to move to New York City, work for a year, and in Fall 2022 commence my last 2-year study at the FIT. I am a very clean, responsible, and organized person. I pay all my bills on time. I plan to work full-time while in NYC until I go back to school at FIT. I am looking for a room. I am currently in NYC (staying in Tribeca) and look for the rent start date of August 1st.
