This is a very spacious room in a very spacious apartment in Astoria. Room gets lots of light, so does the entire apartment. There is also a walk-in closet with the room. Big kitchen, big bathroom, large dining room, and huge living room. There is access to a spacious backyard, as well. Apartment is ground floor. Location is quiet and safe, a block away from tons of really good restaurants, gyms, laundromats, stores, bodegas, and grocery stores. 5 minute walk from the subway (N, W, or R) 20 minutes to midtown Manhattan, door-to-door. There are 2 roommates, one's a voice over artist (male) and the other is a server at a high-end restaurant (female). We're very clean and quiet. Room is fully furnished (if you have your own furniture, we can discuss). Rent for the room is $1,050/month. Utilities + wifi not included (about $70/month per person, heat is included). Move in is June 1st.
