Looking for a clean roommate. Male or female, doesnt really matter. I have 1 dog, and don't really want other pets. I occasionally go out but don't really have parties at home, unless maybe its a low key kickback. You would have your own room (which is now the office in you see in the pictures) and your own bathroom, which is pictured as well. The rent does not include utilities, but I will charge a flat flat rate of $150 a month for all utilities (including internet). I also run the central A/C in the low 70's a lot of the time so it stays cool during the summer, but utilities price wont change for you.. I work full time and own a business so if i'm home i'm usually in my office working. So the living room will be yours a lot if you like watching tv. I like to workout and surf so if you are into that, that would be cool too. If you have any questions just let me know.
