Looking for someone financially responsible, clean and courteous to join me in a bright, cozy 2-BR. It's a second-floor walkup.
Room is unfurnished, so you'll have to bring your own bedroom furniture. We share the living room, bathroom and kitchen. We split wifi and utilities. At lease signing, you'll need to pay first month's rent, as well as a security deposit.
Transportation is excellent! Conveniently located near the M/R subway line and N/W line.
Vibrant neighborhood, many restaurants and businesses, and laundromats nearby.
Rent will be $930, so you'll need to qualify for an NYC apartment.
