Available Room for Rent

Seeking housemate for a great place across the street from Lake Sammamish. The apartment is the top unit of a house, and has big windows, a large covered deck, and a spacious kitchen and living room. The available room is 10’x11’ plus a large closet. The room is not furnished.

I moved here mid-September and love the location. There is an 11 mile walking/biking trail along the lake, which connects to Burke Gilman, etc. There is also a public park with a dock, swimming, and fishing access 1.5 miles away, several grocery stores within 10 minutes, and easy access to Redmond, Issaquah, Bellevue, Kirkland, and Woodinville.

The lease runs through 9/10/2026. Utilities are a flat $175 per person, including WiFi. Move in costs are first, last, and $1,000 deposit, and the landlord will do a background check before approving move-in.
