I am a single quiet woman. I work a lot. I have 5 grand children. I've been living in a townhouse for the past 5 years. I decided not to renew the lease. I feel as if I have been running myself ragged to "enjoy" my standard of living. I'd like to travel. I feel that step one to travel more is to decrease my monthly expenses. The biggest most taxing bill was rent. With Denver rents the way they are this may be a way to share expenses with roommate(s).
