Lauren T - $900/month

Hello, my name is Lauren and I just moved here from Charlotte NC recently. I am seeking a room to rent here and have to find something by the 17th of this month. I am currently bartending as well as working as an executive administrative assistant during the day. I play classical piano and enjoy cooking, painting, movies, and good wine and bourbon. I am very laid back, clean, and respectful. I do have 2 cats that are 8 and 5 years old. They are super sweet, chill, non- destructive, and have never bitten or scratched anyone. Preferably, I would like a male roommate however, I am open to females as well. My budget is about $900 which I would like utilities to be included in that however, will be a little flexible.
