Two bedroom townhouse located JUST outside of Bellaire, 1.5 baths, we share a toilet/shower but have our own sinks in our rooms. There's a front and back deck, and second story balcony in one of the bedrooms. We have one reserved spot in back and then every other parking space in covered car ports are open to anyone. Parking for guests has never been an issue.
15-20 minute drive to downtown in mornings, ~15 minutes from the heights, 10 minutes from memorial park, 5 minutes from the galleria. Walking distance of a Walmart, 1 mile from Bellaire H-E-B. Neighbors are quiet. Landlord is very responsive and gets things done real quick (he just replaced new A/C, sent maintenance guy out the day after I requested).
