Looking for someone with a room or a roommate to apartment hunt with. I currently reside in the UES, but due to upcoming renovations in my building , I have to leave :(. I would like to stay in the neighborhood but would be open to East Harlem , Upper West side , midtown , Astoria or Long Island city.

I work 8:30-4:30pm Mon-Thur and alternating weekends as a laboratory scientist at a local hospital. When I’m not working I like to go to the gym, hang out with friends, try out new bars/ restaurants or cafes , go to games ( huge sports fan) etc. occasionally I’d be down for a night in.

As a roommate I’m very outgoing , clean and considerate. I would like a roommate I can have a glass of wine with and chat over the day but also understands space. I do have a cat but you’ll never have to worry about his litter box or feeding him because I’m always on top of it. If I go out I never bring the party home and would expect the same from you. Overall just looking for someone clean , responsible and respectful who I can vibe with.
