Looking for someone to take over my rental in a room in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Located in a lovely part of University Heights. Seeking a responsible, quiet and respectful person that doesn’t work from home. Very quiet complex and neighborhood with lots of professionals that enjoy the quiet area. Month to month lease under the owner/roommate. Perfect for short term, long term, or close move in date. Free parking spot. Comes with a queen bed, cubby drawers and nightstand, but anything can be removed if you have furniture. Furnished living room. Ideal for SDSU, USD, or UCSD students. 11 minute drive from parking lot 7 and 13 minutes from parking lot 3 at SDSU. Very quiet and organized household so no messy loud people please. The roommate is male but anyone is allowed to live here. I have felt very comfortable here as a woman for the past year, and I’m moving out to live with my partner.

$1500 includes all bills. Washer and dryer on the premises only $1 to wash and $1 to dry. The Deposit is $1500 but my landlord is willing to be flexible about it. Propane BBQ for all to use. Plenty of street parking. No credit check required. Close to Balboa Park, great eateries and just a couple blocks to trendy Adams Ave Antique Row and Trolley Park is up the street a block away. Available June 1, but could have it ready sooner if needed.
