Storage Space if needed
I'm a very laid-back / old school soul.
I am looking for a female roommate who is serious and sure they can afford their rent monthly.
*** No one under 21***
***If you have (1) one child Between the Ages of 7 and 12 - They are welcome if nessesary***
We will start off with a 90 day Written agreement.
Rent has to be upfront.
I can Pro-rate the rent if need per move-in date.
My home is a quite and safe place to lay your head in peace.
I perfer someone who is quite and just need a safe place to reside.
I dont mind music.
I also dont allow more than 2 guest over at a time due to Saftey concerns.

***Abolutly no drugs or alcohol - With the Exceptions of Holidays or Birth Days***
*** If you have an acholol or use any other drug other than 4/20--Contract will be Canceled and legal eviction will happen***
