I am 28 and work from home remotely. I am also a musician so I’m gone on tour semi frequently. I love to keep a clean and relaxing home environment. I am definitely social, but tend to hang out more outside the house than having a bunch of people over. This will be my 4th year in Brooklyn and (hopefully) my 3rd year living at my current house!

This townhouse is directly off of McGolrick Park in Greenpoint. Absolutely great neighborhood with tons of local, walkable spots. 2 BDR / 1 Bath with basement + laundry room. There is a backyard with patio and yard including a shed. Our kitchen features dishwasher and microwave as well.
The bedroom available is park facing with plenty of natural light. Two closets for additional storage, great size room.
I’ve lived at this house for 2 years, but current roommate is moving to the city. Landlord is the owner, they are quick to fix things and have never raised rent since I’ve lived here. They just need to approve whoever moves in with a few forms. It’s my favorite place I’ve ever lived and hope with the right roomate I can continue staying here!
