For the most part I keep to myself. Have been in Charlotte for 3 years. I ride a motorcycle so usually take off and travel most weekends. I work Monday to Friday (Usually off work early on Fridays) and never work the weekends. I like to hike the trails and exercise when I can.

I have signed a full year lease and the person that was renting with me backed out at last minute. It is a two bedroom two bathroom on the 3rd floor, so you would have your own bathroom. All the utilities would be paid, you would just need to pay $800 a month towards the rent. I travel a lot and am gone most weekends. I leave for work around 7:00 am. Only work the weekdays. I can furnish the room if needed. The common area has couch, tv, table and dishes, etc are provided in the kitchen.
