Hello! I'm moving to New York this Fall to start a Master's program at NYU in Art History and Curatorial Studies. I plan to move around August 1. I am looking for 1-2 (preferably female-identifying) roommates to share a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment on the east side of Manhattan. My program is located on the Upper East Side, so I would like to be within about a 30 minute commute by subway.

I am very friendly and love meeting new people. I enjoy hosting guests and anticipate friends and family coming to visit me, so it would be great to have a guest area, like a loft or a sofa bed or (if it's within budget) an extra bedroom for guests and office space. It's important for me to keep a clean space, especially in shared areas like the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms.
