I'm relocating to North Carolina for work, so I'm looking to sublease my room January through June 2024. The apartment is 2BD/2Bath.
The rent is $2.5K, but we can negotiate if needed. The apartment is already fully furnished. I'm happy to leave my mattress, bedframe, and rug if someone wants.
My roommate and I are 28 y/o, both working in finance. Outside work, my roommate spends most of his time with his girlfriend and buddies, watching football, intramural sports, etc.
Best bang for your buck you'll get for a 15 minute commute into downtown Manhattan or the financial district.
