I'm usually pretty dang sociable but I hear grad school doesn't let you have a social life, so looking for a roommate who isn't a wall and who is friendly and studies a lot like me! Looking to start lease early August so I can start seeing what living in Arizona is like before I actually start classes. I would like to be able to walk to campus, or possibly metro or bike. Car only as last resort. I want to live in a safe neighborhood with NO COCKROACHES, and no smoking please, and no smoking cockroaches. Also looking for females only, so if your boyfriend spends the night a lot I'm going to feel like I have a male roommate who's not even paying rent, so please be respectful and let me know if that's the case.
