I owe a house in Bay Point CA with my husband and baby girl. We are currently looking for a housemate to fill up one of our 4 bedroom house. We have a lovely furnished home, and we would like to share it with someone who is respectful, friendly, very clean and just lovely. We are located 1.5 miles away from Pittsburgh/Bay point Bart station, convenient bus stops and plenty of street parking. Our neighborhood is on the quiet side with nice neighbors all around. One bedroom + Bathroom
My husband, daughter and I, have one room available with a bathroom. The home is fully furnished except the room/bathroom for rent which is yours to decorate and make it your own. We truly would like someone who cleans up after him or her self, someone respectful, chill, quite and lovely. The kitchen is for everyone to use, and we have new appliances including a dishwasher, we just ask to be clean and organized. The neighborhood is nice clean, and quiet. We live 1.5 miles away from Bart so getting almost anywhere is easy.
