My husband, daughter and I, have one room available with a bathroom. The home is fully furnished except the room/bathroom for rent which is yours to decorate and make it your own. We truly would like someone who cleans up after him or her self, someone respectful, chill, quite and lovely. The kitchen is for everyone to use, and we have new appliances including a dishwasher, we just ask to be clean and organized. The neighborhood is nice clean, and quiet. We live 1.5 miles away from Bart so getting almost anywhere is easy.
