Searching for a kind, clean, quiet, respectable woman in her 50's to rent 1 bedroom.
Very Cozy townhouse in a great area! I have a large, clean 1 bedroom to rent on a month to month basis. It's very quiet here. Kind of woodsy. You'll have free parking, tons of shopping centers, and Clementon Park, along with Berlin Flea Market are adjacent. If interested in a cable box, you are responsible to pay for your cable bill & also your groceries, laundry detergent, etc.. We will share a big bathroom. A 1/2 bath is located downstairs. Large kitchen. Drug use will not be tolerated, but social drinking is fine. No animals please, & smokers must step outside. I am extremely clean & I expect someone to be the same.
