I run an online business and work from home, so I'm around during the day. My lease is up in September and I'm looking to split a place by then. A 2BR works, or a 3BR where we split the two bedrooms evenly and I cover the third as my office.

Currently at the Boulevard at Town Lake, down to move somewhere closer to downtown.

Weekdays I'm heads down in my office. Weekends I'm out more. I clean up after myself and I'll stay out of your stuff.

Went to Texas Tech and rushed, originally from Houston.

Main thing for me is being able to talk straight with each other. If something I do bothers you, tell me. I want to be able to do the same. No hard feelings either direction.

Into tech, travel, entrepreneurship, and learning new things. Big fan of the comedy clubs downtown.

Looking for someone I can grab a beer with. Would be cool to end up friends, not a requirement.
