Hello! We are looking for an individual or couple to take on the 2nd bedroom in this amazing condo we're moving into April 15.

Just across the street from the panhandle, this fully furnished 2br condo is gorgeous! Tons of space, cozy living room, fully stocked and newly remodeled kitchen, washer/dryer, TV with all streaming services, and a big backyard (shared with 2 other units, but they never use it). The two bedrooms are located at opposite ends and the shared bathroom is very spacious.

We are C - he/him, 30 PNW native who loves to be outdoors, cook, read, and run around GG park - and V - she/her, 26, Colombiana who loves dancing, being out in nature, and drinking hot chocolate. We want to cultivate a warm and welcoming home, host occasional dinner parties and game nights, and be respectful and communicative of whomever we share space with.

Rent for the room is $2,500 (all utilities included!!) and the lease would be 1 year, beginning April 15th (possibly flex - May 1)
