The Place - a very spacious, clean, updated 2 bed/2 bath condo in one of the best neighborhoods in coastal San Diego/La Jolla - Bird Rock (just north of Pacific Beach). The condo is about 1400 square foot with a large furnished living area, hardwood floors throughout, washer/dryer in unit, wet bar, one parking space, and balcony in a quiet, gated condo complex on the west side of La Jolla Blvd. It's less than 1/4 mile walking distance to the ocean/beach and just a block away from all of the shops/bars/restaurants/cafes that Bird Rock has to offer.

Your Bed/Bath - the bedroom and bathroom are both large. The bedroom was recently painted and is 12' x 14' with a large private bath (not ensuite, just across the hall from the bedroom) that includes a shower stall (no tub). The bedroom is not furnished (the living area is). And your parking spot is in a secured garage underneath the building.

My roommate is moving out and this place is just too good to let go. Looking for a roommate to sublet the remaining portion of the lease for at least 7 months (Nov 1st to May 31st), and hopefully longer depending on how things work out.

As for me - I'm a 40 something male that works a M-F day job as a Project Manager, primarily in the office (not at home). I like to keep a clean place, no smoking, no pets. I live a pretty healthy lifestyle...I like to prioritize sleep and exercise, usually starting my day with a run before work. I still enjoy beers/cocktails on occasion but my binge drinking days are behind me.

Prefer a male roommate, employed, someone that is clean, positive, no drama.
