Hi! I’m Chelsea 25 year old store manager with 2 dogs. I live in a 1 bedroom 750 sq ft apartment in Dallas (near SMU). Looking for a roommate that doesn’t mind dogs! I spend a lot of time at my boyfriends (most nights). You’d have the main bedroom since I’m not home most nights (fully furnished), if I do stay home I have a sleeper couch to accommodate myself. Share all other common areas with exception to the closet. I have clothing racks in the bedroom. I know this situation is different, but looking for the right fit! (Would also be willing to go down to $800 per month if you like walking dogs 🐶) This apartment is brand new and I am the first person to live in this unit. Any questions? Ask!
