I have recently moved to the Charlotte area from Asheville for a job. I bought a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house but it’s only my myself, my dog and my cat. I have one room available for rent and you would have access to a full bathroom that would mostly be yours except for guests as I have my own full bathroom as well. Since I do already have a dog and a cat I would prefer no more animals but if the situation is a good fit I would be open to it. I am 420 friendly and would really prefer a roommate that was 420 friendly as well or do not have an issue with it. I look forward to meeting my future roommate!
