It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking nearby. If not, we have local shops nearby and public transportation as well. PG County Buses as well as METRO buses have stops within two or three blocks of the house. The West Hyattsville Metro Station is a 15 walk away. The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, table, office chair and walk in closet, though the furniture can be taken away if necessary. The monthly rent is $725 a month, no utilities included. Utilities usually come out to be between $50 to $100 a month. There are two women on the main floor and one other man in the basement. You and the other male housemate will share a bathroom. My new housemate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. I’m looking for someone to stay through the end of July, a which point they can sign another lease with the landlord. He should be a non smoker, and not too noisy.
