The kitchen and dining area opens to a spacious, modern living room with a Smart TV for lounging. The apartment has a washer and a dryer for your convenience, as well as high-speed wifi. The building provides central heating to the apartment. Note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

All our apartments have an in-house representative who helps us ensure the apartment is well-maintained and that all roommates thrive. We have general house rules everyone must follow and a weekly cleaning schedule everyone must participate in. In order to set you up for success, we provide all basic cleaning supplies!

This is a traditional NYC walk-up building that carries a lot of culture. It is renovated to give it a modern look. The building is operated by professional property management and a Superintendent who swiftly attend to repairs.
