The building provides central heating to the apartment. Note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

All our apartments have an in-house representative who helps us ensure the apartment is well-maintained and that all roommates thrive. We have general house rules everyone must follow and a weekly cleaning schedule everyone must participate in. In order to set you up for success, we provide all basic cleaning supplies!
