Apartment
The apartment is fully furnished including a fully equipped kitchen with steel appliances. The common area is outfitted with a dining area and a lounge area with a smart TV and a couch (updated after photos). There are six bedrooms and two bathrooms. 3 rooms are assigned to each of the bathrooms. The apartment has a washer and a dryer for your convenience as well as high speed wifi. The apartment is just one flight of stairs up from the building entrance, there is no elevator. The apartment is also equipped with a video intercom system.

All our apartments have an in-house representative who helps us ensure the apartment is well-maintained and that all roommates thrive. We have general house rules and a weekly cleaning schedule everyone must participate in. In order to set you up for success, we provide all basic cleaning supplies.

This is a charming traditional NYC building that carries a lot of culture. It is renovated to give it a modern look.

Neighborhood
This is a great area in Manhattan. Located a bit higher up on Manhattan gives you more calm at the same time as being just a few subway stops away from Midtown Manhattan. Walking distance to the subway station both on Columbus Ave and Amsterdam Ave. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, coffee shops, and Central Park is close by.

Subway
The 1, C, and B trains are all within a 3 minute walk. The M7 and M11 bus stops are on the same block.
