You are only a short distance from the action while far enough away to get a peaceful night's sleep in a comfortable bed away from the hustle and bustle. This is a place to relax and feel the stress of the world slip away. For this, members are screened and asked what their goals and intentions are before every stay. We really want this to be a Home and not a crash pad or a party house. There is a 12-week Minimum stay requirement. A home is where you can let your guard down and let the stress of the outside world slip away. It's hard to do that when you have random people coming and going all the time. 4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
