Only the registered PadSplit Member assigned to this room is permitted to occupy or stay in the bedroom. Guest Policy Guests are NOT permitted to stay or occupy the bedroom at any time. Bringing, allowing, or permitting any guest to stay or occupy the bedroom is considered a violation of the Host’s house rules and occupancy policy. The PadSplit Member is responsible for ensuring that no unauthorized person occupies or stays in the room. Compliance: By booking and occupying this room, the PadSplit Member acknowledges and agrees to comply with this single-occupancy policy. Any violation of this policy may result in action by the Host and/or PadSplit in accordance with applicable rules, policies, and procedures. Welcome to this Comfy Bohemian Style Town Home located in the heart St Pete. This town home includes an open floor plan concept of an entire two-story townhouse – 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms fully renovated from top to bottom. This is located in an convenient area where you can take any direction with easy high way access to downtown st petersburg, beautiful clearwater or tampa bay area. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as dishwasher. The neighborhood is near grocery stores, which means you won’t be far from all St. Petersburg has to offer. Hi to all prospective tenants, Please be advised and guided accordingly that PadSplit member accounts will be terminated once their overdue balance reaches $300 or more. As hosts, we also need to issue a Notice to Vacate if a member misses two payments. We have included this information in our property description so all PadSplit members are aware that one of our house rules is: if more than two payments are missed, a Notice to Vacate will be issued. This ensures that members are informed before submitting a booking request.
