Safe & secure: The house is women-only, and it sits across from a quiet, well-kept park with plenty of parking. Always clean: Common areas are cleaned every two weeks and every bedroom is cleaned monthly, all included. Easy to get around: You’re minutes from I-35. 8 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a community of women who respect each other and the home. We’d love to have you!

Requirements and application process
1. Once you inquire you will receive an email or text from our team with an invite link to apply online (application fee applies)
2. Requirements include:
- proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required
3. Instant online approval - If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
