Your private room comes furnished with a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, closet, desk, and lamp, plus your own private bathroom. The home has four other guest rooms, typically full, with a welcoming atmosphere. Rooms 1 and 2 are on one side of the house and share a bathroom. Rooms 3 and 4 are on the opposite side near the kitchen and garage and share a bathroom. Interaction is completely up to you. There is plenty of space to keep to yourself or connect with others. **The Neighborhood** A friendly, safe, middle-class community. I have personally enjoyed morning and evening runs through the area. All the shopping you need is within 5 minutes, and we are close to Highway 50 and the light rail with no noise issues. The house stays peaceful. - 5-min walk to light rail - 3-min drive to Highway 50 - Car washes within 5 minutes (no on-site car washing due to water regulations) - Washer/dryer available for long-term guests
