Each room boasts it's own private FULL bath, a work desk, and walk-in closets. The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with a stainless steel fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, garbage disposal as well as extensive cookware. The neighborhood is quiet, which means you'll sleep great, but also be a short drive to the lively 23rd district when you want it. No smokers as there are no inside or outside designated smoking areas. Renter's insurance is required. A policy starting at $10/month can be provided upon request. No pets allowed. Due to the nature of co-living, a pre-approved ESA animal will be allowed if it is not left on premise while away, must be taken with you at all times.
