This PadSplit has a Patio/Porch w/ BBQ, separate Dining and Living areas, and it’s spacious and newly-renovated. All utilities included + FREE lightning fast Wi-Fi. Each room boasts it's own private FULL bath, a work desk, Smart TV, and walk-in closets. The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with a stainless steel fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, garbage disposal as well as extensive cookware. The neighborhood is quiet, which means you'll sleep great, but also be a short drive to the lively 23rd district when you want it. No smoking or vaping. Renter's insurance is required. A policy starting at $10/month can be provided upon request. No pets allowed other than a pre-approved FHA Support or ESA animal. Due to the nature of co-living, pre-approved service and ESA animals must be kept with you at all times and not left at property while away. This price is for a 12-week commitment only, flexible stay option for less than 12-weeks will be a different price and fee. Flexible stay option also requires a 30-day minimum due to City of Portland STR regulations.
