This room for rent is in a professionally managed apartment located close to I-10, I-17, the bus stop, and shopping center. This unit has been remodeled specifically to facilitate sharing the space. Your common area in the kitchen features your own refrigerator and dedicated cabinet above. We provide full in home laundry along with basic cookware and dishes. You are responsible to help keep this area clean and your dishes done when finished so they are available for others. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a smart TV on an adjustable arm so it can be used either for entertainment or connected to your computer at the desk. Your closet includes open shelving for your folded clothes along with hanging clothing space and a mirror. We do have security cameras on the grounds as well as in the common area of the units. We don't wish to be intrusive but should conflict arise with other tenants we will be able to pull up footage to see what has happened and mediate accordingly.
