Your new home awaits! Our spacious units in Philadelphia home is waiting for you. This PadSplit has a Workspace, and it’s homey and cozy. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, stovetop, as well as garbage disposal. The neighbourhood is lively, which means you won’t be far from all Philadelphia has to offer. Please note that a Refundable Damage deposit of $249 must be settled prior to checking in. Only guests listed in the booking are allowed to check in. Extra, unregistered guests are not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in front of the building. Strictly NO parties or gatherings are allowed at any time. Please do NOT order or receive mail/packages to this property. In the event of a double booking error or unavailability of a unit, we reserve the right to accommodate you in an alternative unit of equal or superior value. Any breach of house rules may result in loss of your incidental fee and you will be asked to vacate the unit
Requirements and application process

2. Requirements include:
- proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required
3. Instant online approval - If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
