This PadSplit has a Front and Back Patio, Living room, Family Room, Loft, and Office available for Members to use! The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as dishwasher along with many cooking utensils to use. Common area cleaning is daily. I, your hosts, am also known for Sunday morning country breakfasts. You're welcome to join! The neighborhood is quiet, and friendly and near World Equestrian Center, Downtown Ocala, and I-75 giving easy access to Orlando Fl, Gainesville FL, and Tampa, Fl. Furthermore, hospitals, urgent care facilities, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and many more desireable locations are under 10 minutes away!
Requirements and application process
1. Once you inquire you will receive an email or text from our team with an invite link to apply online (application fee applies)
2. Requirements include:
- proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required
3. Instant online approval - If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
