Security Deposit >A $199.00 and additional $50 each month for security deposit is required and must be paid directly to the host before we approve your booking. This deposit helps protect the home and ensures accountability among all members. Addendum & House Rules >All members are required to sign an addendum agreeing to follow our Home Rules. This is a condition of approval and must be completed before move-in. Shared Variable Costs >Utility usage is shared fairly among household members. Each tenant contributes to variable costs—such as electricity, water, internet, and other shared utilities. These expenses are divided equally and billed monthly.

2. Requirements include:
- proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required
3. Instant online approval - If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
