Parking is organized too! Designated parking spaces are assigned to help keep things simple, fair, and stress-free. Conveniently located in the Miami Gardens area, the home provides easy access to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, major roadways, and everyday essentials. If you’re looking for a freshly renovated, clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to call home, you’ve found it! 1. Once you inquire you will receive an email or text from our team with an invite link to apply online (application fee applies)
2. Requirements include:
- proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required
3. Instant online approval - If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
