All bedrooms are good-sized and come fully-furnished with a full-size bed with all linens provided, desk with rolling chair, lamps, nightstand, smart TV, and bedside fan. Master bedroom has its own full private bathroom and the second bathroom is shared among the remaining three bedrooms. All wifi, utilities, and paper products are included in weekly rent for no additional charge. A housecleaner comes biweekly to clean all common areas and the landscaper comes regularly to upkeep the spacious front and back lawn. This home is on a private street in a great neighborhood close to shopping centers and the 202, giving it an easy commute to Phoenix. Patio sets present on both the front porch and back porch to kick up your feet at the end of a long day. This is the Padsplit I would choose for myself!
