The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, sink, stovetop, as well as basic cookware. It’s the perfect spot for you to cook at home and save money. A washer and dryer is located upstairs. The surrounding location is close to all the major grocery stores, including Farmers Markets, diverse dining options at the Food Hall located in the Historic Marietta Square where you can catch a play, movie, sit in the park. If you’re adventurous or like outdoors, Kennesaw Mountain National Park is just 10 minutes West. If you’re a student, KSU Marietta Campus is 10 minutes East as well as the Marietta Square. If you’re in town for a conference, The Hilton Hotel & Conference Center is just 5 mins away. If you love Mexican food you’ll find some of the best tacos and authentic Mexican food in the state of Georgia nearby as well as your favorite fast food restaurants like McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Zaxbys, Martins. Chic-Fila is under remodeling but will be open again soon. The townhome is located on a very quiet residential street with about 15 units. The parking is unassigned. You can park in any open space. There’s streets lights and cameras in the parking for safety and several units keep their porch lights on for additional lighting. Your host will be Court. You will receive their contact for all of your needs or emergencies while on the property. There is child on the property a few days out of the week. Drugs, smoking, profane music or television without headphones is not permitted. 1 person per room. No guest or pets This is a great place to focus on yourself, the next steps in your life. Court is a native Californian and a great resource for entrepreneurs or people new to Georgia.
