This is the lower level of the house, and it lives like its own place. It has a separate entrance off the back, so you come and go through your own door instead of walking through the rest of the house. Stairs connect up to the main floor if you want them, but day to day you don't need to use them. The main shared space down here is bright. Sliding glass doors run nearly wall to wall and look right out at the fenced backyard and the trees behind it. There's a lounge area with seating, and the doors open straight onto the yard and patio — easy to step outside for a few minutes without going anywhere. The kitchen on this level is fully set up: stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stone countertops and plenty of cabinet space. Right next to it is a dining table with seating, so meals happen at a table. Laundry is on this level too — washer and dryer, no quarters, no laundromat. Rooms are furnished with a bed, nightstand, dresser and a lock on the door, with wood-look flooring throughout and recessed lighting in every room. Bathrooms are updated and there's more than one down here, so mornings move. Parking is the easy part. There's a large concrete pad out back with room for several cars. Where you are: Mableton, south Cobb County — quiet and green, but close to what you need. Publix is about a mile south on Veterans Memorial Hwy. Nickajack and River Line Parks are minutes away, the Silver Comet Trail is a short drive, and Mable House Amphitheatre runs outdoor concerts all summer. Six Flags ~10 min, The Battery ~15, downtown Atlanta 20–30. CobbLinc Routes 30 and 25 run to MARTA H.E. Holmes station — the west end of the Blue Line into Downtown, Midtown and the airport.
