Shared Spaces Living Room: Keep personal items in your room and treat shared amenities with care. Kitchen: Always clean up after using the kitchen. This includes washing, drying, and putting away dishes, wiping down counters, and disposing of trash. Laundry Follow posted instructions for payment and usage. Do not do laundry during quiet hours (10:00 PM 8:00 AM) to respect other tenants living on the same floor. Fines & Penalties Lost Keys: $100 fine for the physical key, $50 for the key fob, and $20 for the mail key. Mess & Trash Violations: If trash or the kitchen area is consistently left a mess, a $50 fine will be imposed on the responsible tenant. Repeated offenses may lead to lease termination. Parking Violations: Unauthorized parking, including parking on the driveway, may result in towing at the vehicle owner's expense and/or a fine of $200 per occurrence. General House Rules Violations: Any other violation of house rules may result in fines of up to $150 per incident, with repeated violations leading to further penalties, including lease termination.
