A newly built duplex unit in northeast Houston with three private bedrooms, rented by the room. Room 1 is on the ground floor and has its own private full bathroom. Rooms 2 and 3 are upstairs and share a full hall bathroom between them; one of them opens onto a covered balcony. There is a half bath downstairs for shared use. The kitchen is new and shared: quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, cookware and utensils. There is a dining table and a common living area. Each bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed and fresh linens, a closet with hangers, room-darkening shades, a desk and chair, and a 32-inch Fire TV. Central heat and air throughout, fast WiFi, and smart-lock entry, so there is no key to collect. Cleaning supplies are restocked regularly and a professional service cleans the property on a schedule. Outside there is a fenced grass backyard and free off-street parking in the concrete driveway. Exterior security cameras cover the outside of the building and the entrances; they monitor outdoor areas only. The location is quiet and residential, with new construction going up nearby. You are close to the 610 North Loop and the US-59 / I-69 Eastex Freeway, which puts most of Houston within a straightforward drive, and about 8 miles (roughly 15 minutes) from the University of Houston-Downtown. Houston is a driving city and a car is the practical way to get around; rideshare serves the area reliably. Please note there is no laundry on site.
